In 2025, the McLardy McShane Group, in partnership with John Capes, proudly launched McLardy McShane Workers’ Compensation—a specialist service designed to deliver clarity, control, and better outcomes for employers.

Founded in 2007 by Don McLardy and Mike McShane, the McLardy McShane Group has grown to more than 30 offices across Australia, writing close to $1 billion in premiums annually.
